I know I'm putting too much thought into this, but.

Hanners' scarf: knit on the bias with colour changes every few rows, or just some really awesome colourwork?

*searches stash for appropriate yarn* Damn, you'd think with all the yarn I have, there'd be something in here...

ps. if there isn't a pattern named "nine-dimensional hypercardigan" within a year, I'll have lost all faith in the online knitting community.

If it's her first project, I'd guess bias, but then again this is Hannelore. I too eagerly anticipate the unveiling of the nine-dimensional hypercardigan.
