Corie + fluent Cree spoken around her x 4 hours (at least) + sweat lodge + elders ceremony + stories = ecstatic.

unhapy + ecstatic = pretty damn good.

I saw Grand Entry today at the Forks while I was supposed to be collecting sticks for my Manitoba Lowlands mini-golf hole. It was pretty good; they had about 30 dancers and two drums.

How did the sweat go? Did you do all the rounds?

Sounds so cool!! Except for the mosquitoes! But they're really bad in the city, too. You're not missing much here at all. Am jealous.
