I was thinking, assuming I graduate next year, I should take a year off and work abroad somewhere. Travelling does me good.
And then I realized that I'm getting ahead of myself, and I haven't even gotten everything straightened out in order to register yet, dammit.
Do you ever get the feeling that you're spinning your wheels and sinking deeper into the muck? Yeah.
ETA: On a completely different track, I'm intrigued by Dr. Who, but have absolutely no idea where to start with canon. Any suggestions?

As for where to start watching... meh. You can pretty much jump in anyplace. There's nothing you need to know about the show apart from the fact that the Doctor regenerates if he dies, he has
a haremvarious young people following him around, and there are ridiculous monsters in every corner of the universe! The beginning of the current season is probably a good start, just because the show has been off the air for nearly twenty years, and so it drops in a lot of the Who mythology for the people that have never watched before.Just don't start with the DW movie from a few years ago. It'll put you right off!
