Had a phonecall with my boss this afternoon- spent most of this morning trying not to be sick and only doing a so-so job of it. Afternoon did some baking to relieve stress, reading and knitting. Finished Death by Black Hole finally (ends with one of the nicest arguments against teaching Intelligent Design that I've read) and bemoaned the fact that I couldn't go out and shovel the driveway to remove the foot of snow accumulated since yesterday's shenanigans.
Phone call came, lasted maybe 10 minutes. Both good and kind of worrying. I choose to focus on the good and not worry for a few more weeks. Of course, now I'm exhausted from worrying about this call all day, and will probably nap instead of shovelling. Blech.
