(no subject)

The wedding yesterday was fantastic. _jibberish_ was beautiful and elegant in her dress, ananasananas, coleman_genie and I were foxes in our dresses and makeup, the ceremony went with barely a hitch, the photo session was awesome, the food was great, rosie_riviter's cake was amazing, my speech (and the other speeches) went well, and in the end I got the tossed flower (and coleman_genie's bf caught the garter).

After it was all done I went with Shannon, Karen and David and we all had a quick stiff drink before heading off to our engagements for the evening. If it hadn't been Folk Fest weekend and I hadn't been awake since 4, I probably would have called up some friends to see about going to the pub or out somewhere, just to get a bit more out of this updo. In the end I knit and watched the rerun of Deadliest Catch and slept on it because I'm going out for coffee later with mom and my aunts and they love to see me all fancy schmancy.
