WPG knitters: apparently there's a stitch and bitch happening tomorrow night at the Toad in the Hole, starting around 7. I was thinking of going- anyone else interested?
Last night I watched TV for the first time in what feels like weeks, and fell in love with The Big Bang Theory. Today I ended up watching all of the episodes and now I'm in love.
...I really don't have anything else to say, other than I'm still looking for work, and still sorting through all of the stuff that's been stored in the basement/my bedroom. Also, I managed to lose the rechargeable battery I use in my mp3 player this morning while it was charging (I accidentally kicked it off the bed.) and now I don't know where it is- I searched for a while, but no dice. I'm hoping it didn't get flung into the crawlspace or something silly like that.
Sock update: I'm onto the main part of the foor, so... it could either go very fast or very slow. Mom's comment on the first sock was that she liked it, but the second one should be longer, so I'm going to go an extra half inch (details from first sock.) Also tonight I started the first of the only baby knitting I'm doing for the holidays. I've decided that once I finish the gifts I'm working on currently (plus one I'm getting the yarn for in the mail in the next week or so) I'm done. Everything else will be ridiculously self-indulgent knitting. Maybe, just maybe, even a sweater for myself. :)
