I am in love with the scarf I made for my mother. I'm trying to decide if I should add tassels to it or not. So, a poll:

ETA: These two scarves (fringe) (no fringe) give a better understanding of what the scarf looks like. I'm leaning towards no fringe- the scarf is kind of bulky, warm and utilitarian, what you need in a Winnipeg winter.

She's going to love it; I have to keep myself from giving it to her right away. Maybe I can start wrapping gifts to keep them out of sight, so they'd be out of mind.

I'm falling in love more and more with Elbow. Huh.

(no subject)

I'm becoming more and more interested in how different sources are covering the Foley thing- for how dumbass some of the comments are to how they approach talking about explicit text messages, but most interesting to me has been TDS/TCR, mostly because... well, face it. Like drunk driving, possible statutory rape just isn't funny.

But mostly what I picked up on tonight was how I kinda wanted to punch Dennis Miller in the face. (But there was the awesomeness of John Oliver, and I do enjoy him so.)
