To do:
-go to bank, anc check if I've been paid. If so, transfer money. If not..
-go to university, ask what's up with the whole being paid thing
-go to HRC, get a CPP stdent survivors benefits form
-fill out said form, register for textual and discourse analysis for next term
-hope I get benefits early enough in next term to pay for said term
-go to library, treat self with Pratchett or Cornwell

I have to stop with the whole waking up at 4:30 thing. Also, the gvernment web page is kind of confusing (but that may be more my fault and the hour now, and not their fault. Maybe.)

Peoples! Rec me some awesome holiday music.

ETA: changed my journal name, title and subtitle, as well as the friendslist name. I am far too amused with myself and puppet!Bernard.
Even though I dont need it, and it would probably bring down the English GPA, I really, really want to take Contemporary British Literature and Culture in the spring. Maybe I will, if I end up taking Leverick's spring course (if it doesn't conflict).

It's been years since I've been able to find my Weakerthans Left and Leaving disk. And now my Franz Ferdinand cd has been missing for about a year. Bah.Will replace them after the holidays.

Oh! If I can scrape together enough loose change, does anyone want to see King Kong this afternoon at St. Vital? (If I had enough change, it would be a King Kong-Chronicles of Narnia double header.)

ETA: 27 dollahs. Now, do I see a movie, or use the money to buy gifts? Oh, teh angst.

Mom's asked me to keep the previous(now privated) stuff, well, private. Hence, the privating. If you did see it, please don't mention it.

I will ask people the resulting question, though.

ETA2: How difficult is it to apply for a student loan? Because I'm probably not going to be able to make it all, and mom just asked me if I had been counting on her to cover next term. Ignoring the fact that she had said that she would cover half, I doubt my CPP benefits will get in before I have to pay and I don't want her to go further into the line of equity to cover my last term of school. And this isn't even taking Christmas gifts into account (at least I have that 27$ in change...)

Made a community for the knitters on the flist (like there aren't enough knitting communities already). Just so we can chat amongst ourselves, show off our stuff and ask the tough questions like "so, how do I drop a stitch, anyway?" or "how do you block mohair?" and such.

Also, [livejournal.com profile] nolivingman, [livejournal.com profile] coleman_genie and myself have all expressed making Clapotis in the future, so there may be knitalongs or something of the like in the future.

So yes! [livejournal.com profile] random_knit, for all of your random knitting... things. (It's been a rough couple of hours. I'm not at my best.)
