Taken horribly out of context, because it's more fun that way:
So it's a good thing I didn't schedule going up North right away- I forgot all about the Oral History in Canada conference, at which will be two of the women I'm planning on interviewing when I go back up North. So. Tomorrow I will phone them and say "Hi, remember me?" and then I shall chat with them at the conference, and then maybe meet up with them in Thompson a few days after, and then whee! Interviews.
I nearly made a fool of myself- I saw that a James Morrisson was presenting, from St. Mary's University and I thought it was my James Morrisson from Centre College. Alsas, no. I thought it was weird, a Classicist presenting at an oral history conference, but then I met him at an orality and politics conference... but it's not the same guy after all. Damn you, "James Morrisson" for being a popular name! *shakes fist*
I'm getting ready to restart my scarf.
coleman_genie: That's the problem with kids nowadays. They no longer have to see decapitated puppies.
