I have so much to update- New Year's Eve was good, and the LotR:EEExtravaganza went extremely well. I can see why I'll only be putting this on once a year, at the most. Many funny, nay, hilarious things were said, but by the time we went to sleep at 4 this morning, they were forgotten.

Afterwards, there was more shovelling, Scene It, Cranium and Russian Doll. I made omelettes for the others and lived vicariously through their egg eating. *sigh*

I wish I could describe it better than this, but it really was a one of a kind, "you had to be here" couple of days. And I still have tons of homework and conference work to do. Shit.

I'm so glad I found this CD I'm listening to, "The Best of Baroque". One of my secrets that I'll share with the world is that I love music from the Baroque period- I couldn't tell you why, but I do.

Just thought I'd mention it here: in response to this post I made, I've created another journal to track all of the books, fic, articles and movies I read/watch this year: darker_grey. It will be interesting to see how long I actually stick to this.
