So I have some questions for those of you going to Trilogy Tuesday:
How soon are you lining up? I mean, I know I want to get good seats, but if we have to wait in line outside...the high temp on Tuesday is forecast as -17*C (or a hig of 1*F for you Americans). I don't really want to be waiting that long.
This might sound shallow, but it's really not: what are you wearing? I'm tempted to wear pajamas, but it might induce sleepiness. I also don't want to wear anything too nice, because of popcorn grease and drink spills. And who all is wearing costumes? I mean, unless you were a hobbit in comfy clothes, I'd imagine that's get uncomfortable quick. (I think my friend is still wearing his chain mail shirt. Why?)
So there are 45 minutes between movies? Hmm. I can go to the bathroom, get food, take those walks outside my mom suggests, and cram some studying in. I can manage this.
What time does this whole thing end? It starts at 1:30. FotR:EE is 208 minutes (3h 28 mins), TTT:EE is 228 mins (3 hr 48 mins) and RotK is...I couldn't find out how long it is. My Mom has agreed to pick us up once it's finished (assuming there isn't a blizzard going on or anything) but I would like to know around what time I'll be getting home, so I can sleep before the exam.
Is anyone bringing food? I may bring granola bars with me, and some oranges simply to ensure I don't keel over from eating crappy theatre food.
Anyone else have thoughts on the subject(s)?
