Also, two days ago the newest addition to my family finally arrived, Lyndon Mark. And.. I just started his baby blanket. Whoops. Two years ago I had three blankets to knit and school and everything, and I got them all done mostly on time. This time around there's only one and I didn't even start until this morning (and then frogged the first 5 inches because the colours looked dumb). I've started again on larger needles (speedy and lacier!) and I'm making it a bit simpler by only using the heathered Bernat Satin I have. I may go out and get another colour depending, but I mostly want to use up this yarn in nice colours for Lyndon (...I think that's how you spell the name.)
I had a very nice time sitting on babies for the last two days, but I need to get caught up on laundry (heading back over to Jevne's to get the drying done) and dishes. Eventually, I need to head back over to Chapters to pick up a copy of Winnie the Pooh I saw yesterday, and maybe take my knitting with and hole up in Starbucks and do some while having a London Fog. Mmm.
