(no subject)

I think that after the last 6 hours, my mom is glad that I never got more into video games, and is starting to rethink her offer on helping me get a Wii. ananasananas and I went a little nuts with the PS2 and Lego Indiana Jones and Lego Batman. ("I'M THE GODDAMN BATMAN!!!" "and I'm faily Robin!!!") ("EEE STOP KILLING MEEEE!!!")

I'm sure if I actually had one, I wouldn't be quite as enthralled as I am now. Plus, my thumbs and hands wouldn't be sore from all this new movement and action. However, tonight was awesome and makes up for a slightly less than stellar Christmas (which I won't go into, because whining about Christmas is not so good.)

I have read only a few stories from Yuletide but dudes, I think I've found my favourite, the balm for my soul: The Failure of Einstein's Universe, The Big Bang Theory, Penny/Sheldon. My heart, you guys. My heart. This is kind of exactly what I want from canon, no lie.

I need to reupload the links for the last one, but I'm going to start going through my journal from this year an putting together another yearly playlist. It's going to be harder though- while in some ways I did so much more this year, I actually did less in terms of the day to day and in terms of emotional and psychological growth. Next year, I think, with the working that I plan on doing and the being more social that I hope to work on... next year will be a big year.

Going through my entries, I see that I never did write up or post my 101 in 1001 list. I should get on that (especially since I already did a bunch of things I had been planning on putting on the list.)
