Well, I'm done knitting my tube. I just need to go to a grocery store and buy some beans or corn in bulk to fill up the tube, and then I have a handy dandy door draft thingy.Eh, it's not that exciting, really, other than it's a finished object- I'm trying to keep track of them for the year.

I've been listening to the Wintersmith audiobook and knitting. It's a good setup for this.

Oh, man, the google alerts for Nik has pretty much exploded today.

On the pilot, Mason (FX's "Thief") will executive produce alongside Allan Loeb, Christian Taylor, Hallstrom, Steven Pearl and Leslie Holleran. Well, the other shoe dropped, sort of. Gramma's been admitted to the hospital, because of bleeding. Everyone else seems calm about this, so I keep telling myself that I should be too, but I'm very scared.

I'm trying to keep my center of calm. Mostly, I want to go out to see her.

I feel kind of weird asking this, but could people maybe say a prayer or make a wish, or just keep her in your thoughts for a little bit? Thank you.
