I know that I was spoiled growing up. Not spoiled in that I was given anything I wanted, but spoiled in the sense that I'm an only child of parent whowere willing to indulge me with books, because really, what's wrong with books?

Until it's twenty years later and you're having a garage sale, that is. Books are heavy, man. Anyway, this is my roundabout way of saying we're having a garage sale on Saturday and I'm getting rid of a lot of my kids books.

I also found my box of Babysitters Club books, as well as Saddle Club. It's stupid, I'm never going to reread them but I'm having a hard time getting rid of them. Most of them are in good condition (the BSC books less so since a lot of those were second hand) (there's over a hundred of them, buying them new got stupidly expensive as it went on) (also, at one point I looked up and the bookshelf was bending in the middle. That's when we started storing them in boxes.) I'm sure I could sell them as a set to someone though (probably someone with an 8-12 year old daughter.)

I'm never getting rid of my Mr. Men books, though.

It's stupid, but I'm really scared of talking to strangers on the phone.

So right now I am so damned happy with myself for calling the convocation advisor about what I need to do to get a double honours instead of honours/4 year BA.

I'm tempted to go to the BDI right now to celebrate. But I won't (maybe mom can take me later to celebrate.)

...huh. I sure am spammy when I'm actively avoiding interacting with him. Flist, I apologize for being spammy.
