Am home. There was lots of rum. Plus, clubbing and dancing and people watching and I'm not drunk, I'm just so incredibly exhausted.

Got another request from someone to see my paper, so I decided to put it up here. It's not the greatest, the ending feels quite rushed, but I'm pleased with it.

We had fun laughing at bar girls who left wearing skankyskimpy tops and short skirts, because it was snowing when we left. It's not sticking around, but is enough to make the roads greasy.

Wow. We all seem pretty compatible. Maybe that's because no one on my friendslist has any traits that I find completely abhorrent?

I'm feeling all homemakerly; I made two chicken pot pies from all types of leftovers and odds'n'ends. I'm curious to find out if they turned out all right. They're cooking in the oven right now.

Mom is watching baseball. She's amazed by the Marlin's pitcher, the 23-year old kid, I forget his name now. I hope the Marlins win. That'd be nice.
