Ram Wools soon, yah!
thegiantkiller: I could arrange my stash under my sheets in a people shape and it could be mistaken for me.
prairiedaun: hee! me too. actually, some of it is living in bed with me. wait, that sounds wrong...
prairiedaun: I was winding it one night, and never put it away. it's so soft, like a woobie blanket.
thegiantkiller: oh dear. what happens if someone takes away the woobie yarn?
prairiedaun: I KEEL THEM DED
prairiedaun: *cough* we have a discussion.
I love that there is fallout from the Jaffa disintegration, because often something like that would be ignored.
Colonel Emerson! I loved him so much, with so little canon to go on. You get the sense that he and Carter got to be reasonably good friends, what with all the time she spent on his ship.
Anateo was so threatening; I'm really not used to seeing Carter threatened as much or as suggestively as she was here.
I like the Lucian Alliance- well, not exactly. I like the idea of the Lucian Alliance, a human threat, mostly economic (I've noticed that while the Goauld were after power, the Replicators about total assimilation and the Ori about belief, the human threats tend to mostly be economic).
I love how Vala solves (or rather, tries to solve) problems. Especially how at the end she and Carter get the hyperdrive working.
Teal'c! So much Teal'c love here. The torture, the escape, the threatening Mitchell... wow.
I loved the dinner with all of the Natan's lieutenants. It just reminded me so much of a comitatus, with the thanes drinking of the lord's wine, pledging allegiance and receiving treasure in return.
Anateo getting spaced was awesome. Again, I love how Vala solves problems.
I love that... thing. Whatever. The guy that Mitchell betrayed. He's so snivelly, it's awesome. "Damn you Cameron Mitchell!"
Also, I love how Mitchell crossed him, impersonating Natan.
Jackson looks so wrong in the command chair (especially so soon after Emerson died. I think this is why the guy is so snarky in the next point). However, "okie dokie, we surrender! but, you know, you can't actually board us, so... you know."
Also "For the record, I'm always prepared. I just have to press this button here." = FOR TEH WIN
SGA 3x09 'Phantoms' commentary later, when I have recovered from wool shopping and THE TOTAL AWESOMENESS OF THE EPISODE.
The rest of season three could be utter crap, and it would still be the best season ever. NOTE TO SGA WRITERS: THAT IS NOT A SUGGESTION.
