I think...I have a germ of an idea for what I want to present at Apala. I need to talk to a professor today to try and flesh it out.

*frets*

I'd like to present something. Am worried, since it involves research and, well, presenting. I'm expected to know stuff.

Even when I do know my stuff, I tend to act like I don't in the hopes that I won't have to speak up. That'll be a problem when I'm presenting a paper.

Dude from the geography department: *looks at our skull casts brought out to interest people* Cheap props and gimmicks.

Acting head of the Anthropology department: Oh, go spin your globe.

Heh. (All was in good fun. I don't wish to start anything with any geography people.

Ok. I wasn't paying attention before when Trilogy Tuesday was being offered in the states, since I couldn't go. Now it's being offered in Canada: what do I need to do? Anybody?
